Calendall is a specialized software solution for studios and salons in the beauty and wellness industry. It was developed out of first-hand experience in the daily operations of a family-owned hair salon. We understand the workflows and challenges studios face and know what truly matters in practice: clear structures, simple tools, and real relief in everyday work.
What began as a solution for a single business quickly evolved into a shared project with many more studios. From the very beginning, we have worked closely with hairdressers, beauticians, and other service providers to create a system that doesn’t overwhelm but reliably supports.

Our Roots
Calendall was founded in 2022 in Innsbruck, Tyrol. Not in a large office space, but right where our target group works: in the beauty salon of a family member. This close connection to real-life practice continues to shape our thinking today.
Since then, Calendall has grown into an established industry solution. Studios and salons across Austria, Germany, and Switzerland rely on our system to make their processes efficient, customer-focused, and digital. With every new partner, we continue to evolve—making the software even better, clearer, and more effective.
