Calendall is a specialized software solution for studios and salons in the beauty and wellness industry. It was developed out of first-hand experience in the daily operations of a family-owned hair salon. We understand the workflows and challenges studios face and know what truly matters in practice: clear structures, simple tools, and real relief in everyday work.
What began as a solution for a single business quickly evolved into a shared project with many more studios. From the very beginning, we have worked closely with hairdressers, beauticians, and other service providers to create a system that doesn’t overwhelm but reliably supports.

Our Roots
Calendall was founded in Innsbruck, Tyrol, in 2023. Not in a large corporate office, but right where our target group works: in the beauty salon of a family member. Being close to everyday practice has shaped the way we think to this day.
Since then, Calendall has grown into an established industry solution. Today, our team is based in Wattens, Tyrol, while studios and salons across Europe rely on our system to make their processes more efficient, customer-focused and digital. With every new partner, we continue to improve and make the software even better, clearer and more effective.
